MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF A HIGH-END BEACH ESTABLISHMENT

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on August 31, 2023 electronically only, through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government www.bidsync.com/Miami-Beach. On May 17, 2023, respectively, the City Commission directed the Administration to prepare and issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the management or operation of a high-end beach establishment and ancillary uses on the Property and adjacent concession area, with the new agreements taking effect after the expiration of the existing Lease and Concession Agreement on May 6, 2026. Accordingly, the purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from firms interested in being considered to negotiate an agreement with the City for the management and operation of a high-end beach establishment and ancillary uses on the Property and adjacent concession area, the details and requirements of which are delineated in the RFP.

The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formally known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this RFP. Any prospective Bidder who has received this RFP by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this RFP. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of proposal submitted.
