The City is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) preventative maintenance program, service agreement, controls, equipment and related services. Related services may include repair/replacement of chillers, piping, cooling towers and supporting structures, air handlers, controls, ductwork, unit ventilators, mounting structures, slabs, enclosures and incidental electrical work.
