Bid Opening – ITB 2024-550-MP – Painting and Waterproofing Services

For the past four (4) years, the City of Miami Beach (the “City”) has had an agreement for a prequalified pool of vendors for painting (interior and exterior) and waterproofing. The existing agreement is set to expire on February 11, 2025. To prepare for a replacement contract, the City is looking to establish a new pool of qualified vendors to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, labor, transportation, and incidentals necessary for these services.
The scope of work will be defined for each project individually, with prequalified bidders invited to submit quotes through Invitations to Quote (ITQ). The estimated annual expenditures for these services is $203,448.44.
