A site visit is scheduled to be held for Tuesday, September 3, 2024, @ 10:00 A.M. ET at the following address: Intersection of Indian Creek Drive and 30th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33140. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 3, 2024, @ 2:00 P.M. ET Attendance shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.
The City utilizes Periscope S2G (www.periscopeholdings.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this ITB. Any prospective Bidder who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of the proposal submitted.
