Bid Opening – ITB 2023-445-DF – Emergency Power Generator Maintenance, Inspections, and Furnish, Install, and Deliver Emergency Power Generators

This ITB seeks to serve the emergency power generator maintenance and related needs of the City’s Facilities and Fleet Management and Public Works departments. The intent of this ITB is to award an Agreement to qualified emergency power generator firm(s) to establish contract(s) for the City’s emergency power generator maintenance and related needs. The Contractor shall be required to provide emergency power generator preventive/routine maintenance, inspections, furnish, deliver, and install emergency power generators, when needed, and repair services for the City (the “Program”).  The generators will be located at multiple sites within the City limits and will require the Contractor to have the professional capability to perform services on various brands and equipment types. Additionally, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, transportation, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform services under this ITB.
