1250 West Avenue Proposed Developments

The City of Miami Beach is hosting a virtual meeting to discuss the proposed comprehensive plan and Land Development Regulation Amendments for 1250 West Avenue. The discussion will focus on the proposed development regulations for the Alton Beach Bayfront Overlay District, including incentives for redevelopment and public benefits. This meeting is open to the public for feedback and discussion with the developer.
