Debarment of Vendors

The City of Miami Beach shall solicit offers from, award contracts to, and consent to subcontractors with responsible contractors only.  To effectuate this policy, the debarment of contractors from City work may be undertaken.  Debarment shall be imposed in accordance with the procedures contained in Ordinance No. 2000-3234.  To view the ordinance, click here.
