Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government
The Procurement Department will utilize Periscope S2G, a Supplier-to-Government electronic bidding (e-Bid) platform, to post bids until December 31, 2024. No new bids will be posted in Periscope after that date. For information on the new bidding platform, please refer to the Bid Net Direct section below.
If you would like to be notified of available competitive solicitations released by the City, you must register your company through Periscope S2G, Supplier-to-Government www.bidsync.com/Miami-Beach. Registration is easy and will only take a few minutes. Refer to the guide for registering and submitting an electronic bid here.

Bidnet Direct
We are pleased to announce that the City of Miami Beach is migrating to a new electronic bidding (e-Bid) platform effective January 1, 2025. We are excited to say that we will be transitioning from Periscope/BidSync to Bidnet Direct, providing you with convenient online access to our bid information and other agencies’ bids throughout Florida.
If you are currently a vendor in Periscope, you should be receiving an email from Bidnet Direct in November 2025. However, if you do not receive an email or if you wish to immediately register, please visit https://www.bidnetdirect.com/florida/cityofmiamibeach through Bidnet Direct’s Florida Purchasing Group and select the “Limited” package for free agency bids. Registering or receiving notifications of matching solicitations and addenda is free and easy and will only take a few minutes. You do not need to register again if you are already registered as a vendor with Bidnet Direct’s Florida Purchasing Group from another local agency. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER WITH BIDNET DIRECT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. VENDORS THAT ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH BIDNET DIRECT BY JANUARY 1, 2025, WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF BID OPPORTUNITIES RELEASED BY THE CITY.
