The Resident Parking Discount Program

Miami Beach residents who can provide proof of residency are eligible for discounted parking rates, which include the following:

Residents participating in Residential Parking Permit Programs, with confirmed residency in the past year, are automatically enrolled in the Resident Parking Discount Program.

How to Apply

Parking Permit

Apply for a Residential Parking Permit

Once your permit is active and residency confirmed, you'll be automatically registered for the
Residential Parking Discount Program.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS


VALID:
Photo ID
(local, state, or federal agency ID like driverโ€™s license or passport).
Vehicle Registration (in your name).
Vehicle Insurance (if registration is under a different name, provide proof of insurance).
Proof of Miami Beach Residency (no internet/electronic bills accepted): One (1) of the following monthly bills/statements with your name and address, mailed within the last 30 days:

Utility bill (electric, phone, gas, cable).
Mobile phone carrier statement.
Bank statement.
Credit card statement (obscure credit card number).
Vehicle insurance statement.
Mortgage statement.
Property tax statement (most recent)


Apply In-Person: Bring the completed application and required documents to:

City of Miami Beach Customer Service Center
1755 Meridian Avenue, Suite 100
During regular business hours โ€“ Check waiting times.

Submit Your Application By Email: (Do not include photo ID in email)

Note: Your permit is inactive until payment is received and confirmed. Once your permit is active and residency confirmed, you'll be automatically registered for the Residential Parking Discount Program.

Property Owners

As a Property Owner you can register for the Residential Parking Discount Program.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS


VALID:
Vehicle Registration
(in your name).
Valid Vehicle Insurance (if registration is under a different name, provide proof of insurance).

4-Digit Pin Code
