To qualify for this program, your property must be in an area where the street elevation is low enough to experience flooding from King Tides. Typically this is 2 feet or less above mean sea level (as determined by the North American Vertical Datum or NAVD).
Choose below to either download a map of view online the highlighted roadway elevations throughout the city. If your address is adjacent to a low roadway shown on the map, you are eligible to use the program.
Parking is available at the following garages on a first-come, first-served basis:
Once registered, you will receive a notification via e-mail when a flood event is activated. Parking at no charge is only applicable when an active flood notification is in place. When activated you will receive an email notification notifying you of:
(1) potential flooding in your area; and
(2) start and end date of the flood program activation
Weather events and related flooding are unpredictable, we will make every effort to reasonably identify flooding events; however, due to the unpredictable nature of these events, we cannot guarantee timely notification. We shall make every effort to provide you with a parking space; however, space is limited. Spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
