Affordable Housing Advisory Committee:

The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee is required by the State for all jurisdictions that receive State housing funding. The Committee is responsible for reviewing the City’s processes, policies and ordinances to recommend monetary and non-monetary incentives for the development of affordable housing, including recommending actions or initiatives to encourage or facilitate the development or retention of affordable housing, while protecting the ability of the property to appreciate in value. Members are appointed by the Commission.
