Recycling Verification Form

Property owners can use this form to confirm the implementation of a single-stream recycling program at their property. This form can also be filled out by residents to report a property that is not recycling.

Remember, recycling is the law! The City’s new Recycling Ordinance mandates that all multi-family residences with nine (9) units or more and all commercial establishments must implement a single-stream recycling program.
