The Community Satisfaction Surveys have been an important engagement tool since 2005. It provides feedback from residents and businesses on community priorities, service satisfaction, and quality of life. This helps us to continue improving services, measure overall performance and make sure that city efforts align with community priorities.
Survey results show top-rated services as well as opportunities for improvement – allowing the city to better understand the different geographic areas and businesses in Miami Beach. The 2024 survey was conducted by ETC Institute, a market research firm that has developed thousands of surveys across the country. The firm ensures that each household and business has an equal probability of being selected for the survey.
