Washington Avenue Residential Plan Virtual Community Meeting

Join the City of Miami Beach for a virtual public meeting to discuss the proposed ordinance on Residential Use Incentives for non-transient uses along Washington Avenue. These incentives are designed to encourage residential development while maintaining the character and vibrancy of the area.
