Land Development Regulations on 40 Street: Virtual Community Meeting

Join the City of Miami Beach for a virtual public meeting to discuss the proposed expansion of the 40 Street Overlay District regulations. The proposed expansion would accommodate increasing demand and allow additional related uses for religious institutions within the overlay boundaries. City staff along with the applicant will present the details of the proposal.
