Proposal Due Date Pursuant to ITB 2024-305-WG Miami Beach Convention Center LED Video Walls

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on October 23, 2024 September 20, 6, 2024 August 21,2024, 7, 2024 July 1, 2024, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this ITB, the City is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide a turnkey solution, providing all necessary components, including displays, electrical, and data infrastructure, from design to mounting the panels, connecting data and power, and ensuring seamless functionality.
A site visit is scheduled to be held for June 10, 2024 May 30, 2024, @ 9:30 A.M. ET at the following address: Miami Beach Convention Center, 1901 Convention Ctr Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139, Southwest Entrance. Attendance is not mandatory but is recommended.
REVISION: The City is conducting a Second Site Visit as follows:
SITE VISITS (Non-Mandatory): It is not mandatory that a representative of the firm attend this walk-thru in order to qualify to submit a proposal in response to this solicitation. However, prior to submitting its proposal, it is advisable that the vendor visit the site of the proposed work and become familiar with any conditions which may in any manner affect the work to be done or affect the equipment, materials, and labor required. The vendor is also advised to examine carefully the specifications and to become thoroughly aware of any and all conditions and requirements that may, in any manner, affect the work to be performed under the contract. No additional allowances will be made because of a lack of knowledge of these conditions.
