Other Information
• Rentals may not be available during regular operating hours.
• Available for rent Saturday – Sunday, 12 PM – 4 PM
• No ponies and petting farms permitted.
• Balloons prohibited in public marinas, parks & beaches.
• Cooking (open flame) is NOT permitted on site, only pre-cooked foods.
• The renter is responsible to supervise all guests, party supplies and gifts.
• Renter is provided a designated area; however, park is open to the public.
• No water activities or DJ’s permitted.
• Fees increase if rental is on a holiday
• Setup and clean up times are included within the 4 hour rental. This includes setup and breakdown of all vendors.
Insurance Criteria
• One million dollar liability insurance certificate must state the following: “The City of Miami Beach is an additional insured”.
• In the box labeled certificate holder, the following must appear:

• Vendors must have Workman’s Compensation. If the vendor does not have, they must provide a letter on company letterhead stating that they are not required because they have less than three (3) employees. Letter must also specify date, time and location of party / event. No rental will be permitted without proper insurance.
•Insurance certificate must be faxed two weeks prior to party / event. Parties / events will not take place without approved insurance. It is the responsibility of the renter and vendor to verify that the insurance has been approved.
• Insurance required for bounce houses and mechanical rides (mechanical rides must be approved by Parks and Recreation Department.)
• Insurance is NOT required for magicians, clowns, face painters or performers.
