Pre-Bid Meeting: ITB 2024-081-LB Electrical Services Citywide

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on November 15, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com).   By means of this ITB, the City is seeking electrical contractor(s) to provide the City with ongoing electrical services on a time and materials basis.

A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for November  2, 2023, at 11:00AM.  Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:

Any prospective Proposer who has received this ITB by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to ensure it receives any addendum issued to this ITB.
