DEBRIS REMOVAL AND DISASTER RECOVERY SERVICES

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 PM on September 11, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from qualified disaster recovery contractors to provide support to the City during emergency recovery efforts following declared disaster event(s).

A Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled to be held for August 9, 2023, @ 10:30 A.M. Attendance for the pre-proposal meeting shall be via telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory. Proposers interested in participating in the Pre-Proposal Meeting must follow these steps:
The City utilizes Periscope S2G (formally known as BidSync) (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com) for automatic notification of competitive solicitation opportunities and document fulfillment, including the issuance of any addendum to this RFP. Any prospective Proposer who has received this RFP by any means other than through Periscope S2G must register immediately with Periscope S2G to assure it receives any addendum issued to this RFP. Failure to receive an addendum may result in disqualification of the proposal submitted.
