Miami Beach Procurement

The City of Miami Beach is seeking applications from qualified general contractors for minor projects to participate in a prequalified pool. Minor projects are defined as those projects under the thresholds stipulated in Section 255.20, Florida Statutes. Pursuant to Section 255.20, Florida Statutes, construction-type projects exceeding $300,000 may not be awarded pursuant this ITB.
