Pre-Bid: ITB 2023-436-LB HISTORIC CITY HALL 90-YEAR RECERTIFICATION REPAIRS

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm on July 3, 2023, electronically only, through (www.periscopeholdings.com or www.bidsync.com). By means of this ITB, the City is seeking an experienced and qualified firm to provide repair services for the City of Miami Beach Historic City Hall 90-Year Recertification.
A site visit will be held on May 31, 2023, at 10:00 AM ET, and a pre-bid conference will be held on May 31, 2023, at 2:00 PM ET. Attendance for the pre-bid conference shall be via web conference or telephone and recommended as a source of information but is not mandatory.
