To revitalize the 41 Street Corridor through neighborhood landscaping and infrastructure improvements such as new high-tech street lighting, an expanded shaded tree canopy, and new streetscape designs for better public transportation, pedestrian and driving mobility.

• Wider sidewalks, more landscaping and buffered bicycle lanes will enhance the pedestrian and bicycling experience.
• New trees and landscaping will provide a more robust tree canopy, which will help reduce the heat island effect by providing more shade.
• A new streetlight system will provide additional safety within project limits.
• Newly designed crosswalks will offer a more interactive pedestrian experience.

The project's boundaries are 41 Street from Alton Road to Pine Tree Drive.
