Thursday: 7 AM – 8 AM
Find balance in your mind, body, and spirit as you work through a series of yoga poses and breathing techniques. In this class, you will improve your strength and flexibility with a strong emphasis on controlled movement. All levels are welcome. Bring a mat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Stay hydrated and bring a bottle of water. Meet at 14th Street and Ocean Drive, by the boardwalk. Please register in advance.
