Get fit on the sands of South Beach with a lineup of Crunch’s hottest workout classes. Through the month of March, Crunch will be hosting free classes at Lummus Park every Friday through Saturday as part of Miami Beach Live!’s fitness activations. All classes take place on 10 Street and Ocean Drive. Walk-ups are welcome. Registration is not required.
Lineup of free classes being offered during March:
Sexy Stretch – Stretch your body while getting in touch with your inner vixen
Great Glutes – Vibe to the latest trending tunes while you work your way to a perfectly toned rear with resistance bands, your own bodyweight and fun dance moves.
Dance de la Soul – Dance your way to a full-body cardiovascular workout with routines choreographed to the words and rhythms of an eclectic music playlist.
Zumba – Fusing Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves, Zumba is a high energy, full-body, dance-based workout designed to tone your body from head to toe.
Zumba vs. Hard Knocks – Challenge yourself with the ultimate cardio workout combining two of Crunch’s most popular classes, Zumba and Hard Knocks. This high-energy mash-up features the total-body, dance-based routines of Zumba with the boxing and hip-hop workout of Hard Knocks!
Pound Unplugged – Sweat your way to a rock hard body with a Pound Unplugged class, a workout that pairs high-intensity movements with restorative stretches, breathwork, and meditation. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, the workout immerses you in a rhythmic, all-encompassing fitness experience.
Vinyasa Yoga – Energize your body and mind with a morning Vinyasa Yoga class. This all-level yoga class synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic practice. Attendees must bring their own mat.
